Present from first contraction to first breath
Birth Support
When labor begins, I'll be there. I provide continuous, uninterrupted support throughout your entire labor and birth, something that studies show significantly improves outcomes and satisfaction.
- On-call availability from 38 weeks until birth
- Continuous labor support. I stay with you the entire time
- Physical comfort measures: positioning, massage, breathing techniques
- Emotional support and encouragement for you and your partner
- Advocacy and communication support with your care team
- Immediate postpartum support through the first hours after birth
Support in the fourth trimester
Postpartum Care
The weeks after birth are sacred, and often the hardest. I offer postpartum visits to support your physical recovery, feeding journey, emotional wellbeing, and transition into your new life.
- Postpartum home visits (number varies by package)
- Infant feeding support: breastfeeding, bottle, and combination
- Newborn care guidance and education
- Emotional support and postpartum mood check-ins
- Light household support and sibling care during visits
- Referrals to lactation consultants, therapists, and other specialists
